Definition: Copywriting is the process of writing or preparing a message with
the object purpose of promoting a person, business, opinion, or idea. This
type of writing is meant to persuade the reader to act.

From sales letters and web copy to press releases and slip sheets, Special Project
Partners will create compelling messages designed to draw attention to your
story, your services, and/or your products.

REPORT WRITING

Definition: An organized collection of information, data, findings, and/or an
account of an event that can be presented on paper, electronically, or online.

When you need to convey ideas, procedures, outcomes, or analyses, Special
Project Partners can help you communicate clearly, concisely, and  accurately.

Types of reports:

  • Analytical reports: Examine issues, activities,  or options followed by
    conclusions and recommendations.

  • Feasibility reports: Analyze problems and determine whether the solutions
    presented are practical or advisable

  • Informational reports: Present a problem and supply the facts with minimal
    analysis.

  • Justification reports: Explore possible solutions and present tools for
    resolving issues and making decisions.

  • Literature review: Provide an organized summary of the literature on a
    given subject  and offer conclusions, which reflect the varying points of view
    presented.

  • Procedural reports: Describe processes used to perform a series of
    operations. Such reports can be general or detailed depending on the
    audience.

  • Proposals: Provide a project based solution to a problem by exploring the
    issue, defining activities that combat the issue, listing measurable goals,

  • Research reports: Identify findings, develop conclusions, and make
    recommendations via a systematic process of problem identification, data
    collection, and data analysis.

  • Situational reports: Describes an event or set of activities, such as meeting,
    trip, conference, or seminar.
