our core business - it is the process by which we do our work. Every "job" that
we take on is "defined, planned, monitored, controlled and delivered." We are
also available to act as a "manager-for-hire" who steps in to act as a caretaker
for one or more of your organization's projects.
As a contract project manager we work primarily offsite. The work that we take
on may be a writing or research project, but we also have the capacity to act as
a temporary administrator. As a project manger-for-hire we will be responsible
for the following.

- Working with you to develop a work plan.
- Defining a set of mutually agreeable deliverables.
- Connecting with points of contact within your organization.
- Interacting with key staff, stakeholders, volunteers, and others.
- Providing as agreed updates on project progress.
- Making as needed adjustments to the project plan should the initial
assumptions provide invalid.
- Providing a final project report with key learnings from the project.
